Gloom to Bloom

A Grief Circle

Grief isn’t something to fix.
It’s something to be with.

Gloom to Bloom is a space where you can bring your grief as it is—
quiet or loud, clear or confusing, fresh or long-held.

No advice.
No fixing.
No pressure to explain.
You don’t have to make sense of it here.
You don’t have to hold it together.

Just space to sit, share (or not), and not be alone.

What This Is

A small gathering where we:

  • sit together in grief

  • listen without interrupting or advising

  • let emotion move without needing to change it

  • remember that we’re not alone in this

You don’t need to have the “right” kind of grief.

You might be grieving:

  • a person

  • a relationship

  • a pet

  • a version of your life

  • your health

  • something you can’t quite name

All of it belongs here.

Why This Matters

Grief can feel isolating.

But it was never meant to be carried alone.

When it’s held—gently, without pressure—it often shifts on its own.

Not into something neat or resolved.

Just softer.
More breathable.

What It’s Like

We gather.
We sit.
You can share—or not.

There may be:

  • quiet

  • tears

  • moments of connection

  • not knowing what to say

That’s all part of it.

You can come as you are.

A Note on “Healing”

This isn’t about turning grief into something else.

It’s about being with it in a way that
doesn’t leave you alone in it.

If This Is for You

If you’re carrying grief—whatever it looks like—
you’re welcome here.

Grief is held here.
Not solved.
